Hi, my name is Tom Challis. I am a personal trainer based in Upper Saxondale, Nottingham between Radcliffe on Trent and Bingham.
I have a broad range of professional fitness qualifications CYQ Level 3 including personal training, gym instructing, outdoor exercise, circuit training, Swiss ball instructing, advanced sports nutrition and sports rehabilitation.
I have been working within the industry for six years and gained experience in different environments including a gym, a health spa, outdoor boot camp and one to one personal training (including in Austria and Mexico). Fitness has been my passion from a young age…football, tennis, cricket, snow boarding, gymnastics…you name it I’ve done it or tried it.
I strive to be the best in my field and this is what motivated me to launch Upper Saxondale Personal Training. I now have a regular client base, which have almost exclusively been recommended to me by word of mouth. I am constantly updating my knowledge about the industry and the latest techniques so I can share this with my clients.
