Legs, Bums and Tums

Tuesday at 6.30pm

Exactly as it says…we target the legs and bum with a range of different shaping and toning exercises…then onto the whole core (stomach/abs and back).


Thursdays at 7pm

This class is my personal favourite…a range of different stations all with different exercises at each. For example, one could be squats, another skipping and another using a step box. The stations are timed allowing you to work at your own pace, then rotating onto the next one for a full body workout!

All classes are for a 45 minute period
