Hi, my name is Tom Challis. I am a personal trainer, nutritionist and lifestyle coach.
Fitness and sport have been a passion of mine from a young age. I have a total of 10 years’ experience working within the industry including personal training in Austria and Mexico.
My fitness qualifications CYQ Level 3 include personal training, gym instructing, outdoor exercise instructor, circuit training, Swiss ball instructing, nutrition guidance, advanced sports nutrition and sports rehabilitation.
I strive to be the best in my field and this is what motivated me to establish my own studio USPT in Upper Saxondale, Nottinghamshire some seven years ago.
I have a regular client base, which have almost exclusively been recommended to me by word of mouth. My clients range from the ages of 15 to 78, and are of mixed abilities, primarily looking to enhance their health and lifestyle. I also train athletes on elite training programmes and people with specific injuries and requirements.
