I can offer times to fit in round your other commitments, from early morning to late evening.

Monday to Thursday: 7am to 8pm
Friday: 7am to 3pm
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed

One To One Personal Training

If you’re wanting the best results with specific programs and dietary advice to achieve your goals, then this is the way to go. It’s a one to one situation, just you and I, with a programme designed for you. Sessions can range from one to three a week.

Our training sessions will help you to achieve the following:

  • Improve cardiovascular fitness (heart and lungs)
  • Increase bone density (reduce risk of breaks and injuries)
  • Slow down the process of osteoporosis
  • Increase strength
  • Tone and shape the body
  • Increase digestive system health
  • Improve sleep (your body will need to rest more, less stress)
  • Raise your metabolism (burn more fat daily)
  • Increase flexibility
  • Increase your daily energy

Group Personal Training

Have you got a training partner? A team of two to four? Then this is for you…still very personal and a great way to train with your friends/partner to achieve great results within a good atmosphere. A lot of team work/exercises to push you along while enjoying time with the people in your life!

Post Pregnancy Training

This incorporates a specific program including strengthening, flexibility and getting back into shape/health.

Online Training

Via Zoom, Skype or Facetime, any level and ability, time efficient, effective and from the comfort of your own home. Ideal during the lunch break for those working from home and mum’s at home with young children.

Specific Goal/Event

If you are looking to take on your first 10K Run or even your first Triathalon or Tough Mudder…or just want to break times/records, we can work specifically towards this both indoors and outdoors.
